Refund policy

1. All Sales Are Final 

Because our products are fresh, perishable, and often made-to-order, all sales are final once purchased or delivered/picked up. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or taste preferences.


2. When We Will Offer a Replacement or Refund

We will review and resolve issues if something goes wrong. Examples:

  • Wrong item was provided
  • Item is damaged on arrival or pickup
  • Product is stale, spoiled, or clearly not up to standard
  • Missing items from an order

In these cases, customers should contact us within 24 hours (or same day for cakes/pickup orders) with proof (photos or receipt).

Most bakeries offer either:

  • A replacement
  • Store credit
  • Refund 

3. Cancellations

  • Standard items: 48 hours before pickup
  • Custom orders: require advance notice (4 business days) 
  • Last-minute cancellations may not be refundable if preparation has started
